online coaching?

I’m an elite runner from Sweden. When I was 33, I started focusing on my running and went from being an ex-hockey player 'hobby’ runner to an elite Sub30 10k athlete in 2 years. Since then, I’ve continued optimising my performance and expanding my knowledge in this specialty. I’m very analytical and data-driven, testing various training techniques to see what works best for me and my clients. I believe anyone can run and, given the right support, can achieve goals they never thought possible!

Online coaching is fantastic because it gives you access to professional coaching, no matter where you are, and at a reasonable price. With regular check-ins, you will feel like you have someone in your corner, whilst still having control over when you execute your daily workout. I am largely guided by the analysis of your statistics, as well as how you feel during your workouts. The online platform allows me to spend time with your stats and use them to optimise your schedules in a clear way.
